This page covers the Terms of Visit, Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement for Fly High Reindeer Ranch (“we,” “us,” “our”) 3017 County Road 1106, Canton, Texas 75103. By buying tickets, booking an event, visiting the ranch or using our website, you agree to these policies.

Terms of visit

Tickets and time slots

All visitors need a ticket, including children under 2, who receive a free infant ticket so we can plan numbers. Your time slot is your arrival time. You may stay until closing, and last entry is one hour before close. Please arrive within your time slot. We may not be able to admit late arrivals if the ranch is at capacity.

Animal safety

Our reindeer, alpacas, highland cattle, mini donkeys and rabbits are live animals and can behave unpredictably. For your safety and theirs, please:

  • Follow all instructions from our staff and posted signs.

  • Stay on the visitor side of all fences and gates unless a staff member invites you in.

  • Only feed animals with food provided or approved by our staff.

  • Supervise children at all times. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Wash or sanitize your hands after touching animals and before eating.

  • Do not chase, climb on or shout at the animals.

We may ask anyone who does not follow these rules to leave without a refund.

Assumption of risk

Visiting a working ranch and being around live animals carries inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, kicks, scratches, being knocked over, allergic reactions, uneven ground, mud and weather conditions. By entering the ranch, you accept these risks for yourself and any minors in your care.

Photography

You are welcome to take photos for personal use. We may take photos or video at the ranch for marketing purposes, and visitors may appear in them. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let a staff member know.
